Advanced Workshops for Wildland Fire

MCS offers advanced workshops and consulting that focus on building and maintaining Operational Synergy at an organizational level. These customized workshops can be used to align or strengthen the relationships and cohesiveness between ground-level leadership and organizational management levels. MCS workshops have been used to assist newly forming or reforming firefighting units or to involve high-level leadership in leadership development initiatives.

MCS provides consultation services as requested to Incident Management Teams and organizational leadership in the areas of workforce readiness assessments, technical assistance, research and analysis, and education.
