Mission-Centered Solutions was originally founded in 1996 to provide the next generation of Crew Resource Management (CRM) training programs to both aviation and ground-based teams. MCS specializes in serving clients who use aviation, ground, and support resources in their operational missions.

MCS’s CRM programs can be used in conjunction with other MCS human performance programs for leaders. These holistic programs are tailored to the operational realities and culture of the organization. Further, they share the same vocabulary and concepts with MCS's leadership development and support programs.

Depending upon the organization's requirements and composition, MCS can provide a variety of training and consulting solutions, ranging from original design and development to train-the-trainer sessions.
